Marvix Consulting was founded in Los Angeles in 2016 by two practitioners who had spent over a decade building, growing, and transacting web properties firsthand.
Marvix was established in 2016 with a clear premise: the consulting world had no dedicated firm that truly understood the operating dynamics of web properties. Traditional consultants applied generic frameworks. Brokers focused only on transactions. Neither offered the depth that serious operators needed.
Our founding partners had each spent years inside the digital publishing and acquisition ecosystem. They had built organic traffic from zero, negotiated content partnerships, and sat on both sides of acquisition tables. Marvix was built to make that experience available to clients in a structured, professional format.
Today, our team works with independent publishers, media groups, private equity-backed portfolios, and individual investors across three continents. We operate with discretion, precision, and a bias toward long-term client relationships over one-time engagements.

Partner and Managing Director
Daniel brings over 15 years of experience in digital media strategy and M&A advisory. Prior to founding Marvix, he led acquisition strategy for a mid-market media group, overseeing the evaluation and integration of more than 30 web properties. He specializes in asset valuation, deal structuring, and post-acquisition growth planning. Daniel holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and advises select clients on portfolio strategy.

Michael has spent his career at the intersection of content operations and organic growth. Before co-founding Marvix, he built and scaled the editorial and SEO infrastructure for several independent publishing businesses, helping them grow from early-stage properties to established digital brands. He leads Marvix's editorial partnership practice and oversees strategy engagements for clients focused on audience growth and content development.
